Delivery:

1. When will my order be delivered?
We usually deliver within 2-9 working days of placement of the order. This might vary from order to order. For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.

2. Are there any additional shipping or COD charges?
At Krossstitch.in, shipping and COD are absolutely free.

Returns:

We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news:

You can return any item to us within 7 days of receipt and we will refund the full amount to your bank/paytm account. 

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:

1. Return request is made outside the specified time frame
2. Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
3. Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies
4. Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
